Scala Suites were designed in a way to provide our Guests a comfortable rest, regardless of the duration of their stay. Each suite has a modernly equipped kitchen or kitchenette, including appliances and accessories for meal preparation. We can guarantee high hotel grade bed linen and towels. The full specification of each suite’s equipment is provided in its description, which can be found in the Suite tab.
You can book your stay on our website (www.scala-apartamenty.pl) or over the phone (+48 509 132 000, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.). To confirm your reservation, a 30% downpayment is required (payable within 24 hours of receival of the initial confirmation of your reservation). The rest of the cost has to be paid (by debit/credit card or cash) at key handover. In the case of a “last minute” reservation, a 100% downpayment is required.

Booking cancelation
The specific conditions of cancelation are provided in the confirmation of a reservation. As customary, a reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival day. The downpayment refund will be processed within 14 days of the cancelation. “Last minute” reservations and “special deals” are non-refundable.
Check-in
Check-in and key handover take place from 4 p.m. in Moderna Profit office on ul. Łąkowej 60 K. Please contact us a day before your planned arrival day to set a check-in time. Outside of office hours, self check-in is in effect (the Reception will provide you with all necessary information on the arrival day). An early check-in is possible only after confirmation of the availability of a particular suite a day before the beginning of your stay.
Check-out
Check-out takes place from 11 a.m., with your key handed over to the Moderna Profit office (ul. Łąkowa 60 K, Gdańsk) by that time. Later check-out is possible only after arranging the extension of your stay with the Reception and includes an additional payment:
- a check-out between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. – 100 PLN for every hour,
- a check-out after 2 p.m. is treated as an additional hotel day according to the rate given in the reservation.
Stay with children
To provide comfort to the youngest Guests, any suite can be equipped with a crib/cradle along with a mattress and bend linen and a feeding chair (the package costs 30 PLN/day; if your stay last 4 days or more, the package costs 100 PLN/stay). If you would like to order the package, contact our Reception.
Stay with pets
Due to the variety of equipment in our suites, a stay with pets is possible only in selected suites after receiving confirmation from the Reception. An additional payment of 100 PLN is required for a stay with a pet, used for ozonation of the suite after given guest’s departure.
Parking
Moderna Profit cooperates with a reliable firm offering shuttle service from and to airports.

Extra bed in a suite
